HSBC BWF World Tour Finals 2020

Outfitted with state-of-the-art technology, full production, lighting, sound specialists, close-circuit surveillance cameras, soundproof walls, abundant parking lots, and dining options, the 4,000 square-meter IMPACT Arena is the preferred destination for sports spectators, top entertainers, world-class sports, boxing matches, and epic concerts and seats approximately 11,000 guests.

Since IMPACT Arena successfully hosted the 2018 Thomas Cup and Uber Cup and received great feedback from participants, The Badminton Association of Thailand (BAT) announced that the venue will be again the host destination of the Yonex Thailand Open (Jan 12-17,) the Toyota Thailand Open (Jan 19-24,) and the HSBC BWF World Tour Finals 2020 (Jan 27-31.)

The first tournament will kick off January 12 and end January 17, while the second tournament will premier January 19, followed by its final set for January 24.

As part of COVID-19 preventive measures, the top international badminton players, trainers, and staffs are required to undergo a compulsory 14-day quarantine to comply with the Ministry of Public Health’s regulations. Upon arrival, they will stay at Novotel Bangkok IMPACT, train, and prepare for the competitions in designated facilities. The tournament will begin 7 days after the quarantine period.bridgemediaNew Releases Nike
